Vinapor AE 3912 F

Vinapor® AE 3912 F is a powder based high performance natural oil based surfactant (sodium lauryl sulfate) with a special fineness that introduces a high amount of air.

General

Vinapor® AE 3912 F is a powder based high performance air-entraining construction additive. It is used for non-sag dry mortar products. Due to its surface active character this additive yields excellent wetting properties.

Vinapor® AE 3912 F considerably improves the general performance of mortars with respect to processing, pumpability, workability and mechanics. It minimizes both shrinkage and crack formation and provides a quick wetting and dispersion process resulting in reduced aggregation during mixing.

Fields of sag-resistant applications: gypsum plasters, cementitious renders, exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) mortars, putties, masonry mortars, renovation renders and ceramic tile adhesives (CTA).
