Acrylates for liquid-applied sound damping (LASD)

We offer high-quality polymer dispersions specifically developed for LASD and a broad range of water-based adhesive raw materials specifically developed for technical lamination. Aqueous LASD is increasingly used to optimize the interior acoustics of cars and railway carriages and to dampen the noise of household appliances. The systems have been designed to reduce the vibrations of the vehicle body or the casing and thus stop the humming sound. Their efficiency and precise, automated application via spray robots make water-based LASD masses the modern alternative to traditional bitumen mats. One significant advantage: The efficiency of water-based technology leads to significant weight savings.
