Itinerary & Helpful Informations

Day 1: November 4

11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Please check in for the event in the foyer of the conference center (D105)

  • You will be provided with a name badge
  • Luggage can be stored at the wardrobe on the 1st floor

From 11:30 a.m.

  • Lunch will be provided on the 1st floor after check-in in the foyer
  • After the Day 1 presentation program, please check in at the RenĂ© Bohn Hotel (within a 10-minute walk)

5:30 p.m.

  • End of program at the conference center
  • Hotel check-in

6:30 p.m.

  • The evening event will take place at the BASF Feierabendhaus.
  • We will meet in the hotel foyer 15 minutes before the event starts, after which we will go to the evening venue together. It‘s a three-minute walk from the RenĂ© Bohn Hotel.
  • The party starts at 8:30 p.m. with a DJ and cocktails

Day 2: November 5

9:00 a.m.

  • Start at the Conference Center in building D105
  • You can store your luggage at the conference center

From 12:30 p.m.

  • Lunch and closing of the 2nd International Future Asphalt Symposium
  • Individual departure
