Vinapor® WA 3918 F is a powder based wetting and dispersing agent for dry mortar non-sag and flowable applications. It improves pigment dispersions, wetting and workability.

General

Vinapor® WA 3918 F is a powder based wetting and dispersing agent for dry mortar non-sag and flowable applications. It is mainly used in pigmented mortars to enhance color development and stability.

Vinapor® WA 3918 F improves wetting and processing properties due to a viscosity reducing effect enabling more thorough homogenization with less energy. It is cement robust and provides an increased level of water resistance compared to conventional dispersing agents. The development of microfoam may be used to replace air entrainers or can be alleviated by additional use of defoamers if needed.

Fields of sag-resistant and flowable applications: gypsum plasters, cementitious renders, exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) mortars, putties, masonry mortars, skim coats, renovation renders, standard & lightweight ceramic tile adhesvies (CTA), screeds and repair mortars.
