Luphen® 3695

Luphen®;3695 is a 50% aqueous dispersion of an aliphatic polyesterpolyurethane;elastomer. The formed film can be activated by heat at 55-60 °C enabling the;manufacture of heatsealing adhesives.  Luphen®;3695 has a limited hot-tack life.

Luphen® 3695 is a 50%;aqueous dispersion of an aliphatic polyester polyurethane elastomer. The formed;film can be activated by heat at 55-60 °C enabling the manufacture of;heat-sealing adhesives. Luphen® 3695 has a limited hot-tack life. With its very;low activation temperature the Luphen® 3695 is used in several application such;as 3D furniture lamination and interior trim, as blending component especially;in combination with Luphen® 3615 or Luphen® 3644. Specially developed water-emulsifiable, polyfunctional;isocyanates such as Basonat® -types should be added to adhesives formulated;with Luphen® 3695 to improve the heat resistance of the bond and its resistance;to hydrolysis.
