General

HYDROPALAT® WE 3104 is a solid, low-foaming wetting agent suitable for a wide use of applications, including aqueous coatings, inks, and cements. It is a highly dynamic, non-ionic surfactant that provides excellent substrate wetting characteristics in its applications. HYDROPALAT® WE 3104 can also be used as a pigment grinding additive, further demonstrating its wide applicability and versatility.
