Acronal® 5002
Acronal 5002 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic ester copolymer, produced using vinyl ester and acrylonitrile, produced without the addition of APEO suitable as binder for a wide range of flooring adhesive applications.
General
Acronal 5002 is used to manufacture flooring adhesives for the laying of a variety of floor and wall coverings. The coverings are placed into the bed of adhesive before it has dried out completely. Adhesives based on Acronal 5002 go off quickly and produce a very heat resistant bond. With Acronal 5002 a broad adhesion spectrum is obtained. The dispersion is very suitable for the formulation of linoleum and rubber flooring adhesives.
