General
Hydropalat® WE 3189 is an excellent wetting and dispersing agent for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates. It shows good wetting properties especially for organic pigments. Hydropalat® WE 3189 can be used to improve gloss and color development of aqueous top coats, based on different binders.
